Privacy policy
General
This is the privacy and cookie policy of In-Door. In-Door is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website.
In-Door may unilaterally change this privacy and cookie policy. Therefore, we advise you to regularly check this policy for changes.
Processed Data
In-Door distinguishes between actively and passively provided data. Passively provided data are data that you provide to website administrators without perhaps being aware of it. For example, when you visit In-Door.nl, we register a number of technical details such as your computer's IP address, the operating system you use, the internet browser you surf with, the last internet page you visited before coming to In-Door.nl, and the pages you visit within In-Door.nl.
In addition, In-Door collects and processes data that you actively provide to us. This only happens if you send us an email (contact form). We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- name;
- contact details;
- personal data, insofar as they are included in the content you post on the website;
Are you under 16 years old?
If you are under 16 years old, you may only provide personal data to In-Door if you have obtained permission from one of your parents or a legal representative who has read this privacy and cookie policy.
Purposes of Processing
The data that you have passively provided to us is used as anonymously as possible by In-Door. For example, In-Door does not track which internet browser you are using exactly, but does track what percentage of our visitors use a certain internet browser. We use the information about which pages you visited within In-Door.nl to improve the website. For this, we use Google Analytics. This data is not linked in any way to the data you actively provide to us.
The personal data you actively provide to In-Door is used for the following purposes:
- to provide our services to you;
- to maintain contact with you about or in connection with the website and our services;
Google Analytics
In-Door uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help In-Door analyze how users use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
Google uses this information to track how the website is used, to compile reports on website activity for In-Door, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google may transfer this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not combine your IP address with other data held by Google and will store it anonymously.
As mentioned, you can set your internet browser to notify you when a cookie is placed and to block the placement of cookies entirely. However, you may not be able to use all parts of the website if you do so.
Security and Retention Period
The personal data collected through this website is secured using the current standard techniques.
In-Door retains other personal data for as long as you use the services of In-Door or as long as required by law. In-Door may retain personal data for a longer period if circumstances justify it.
Access, Correction, and Deletion
You can make a specified request to In-Door to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can send an email to the address listed on the contact page. In your request, you should specify as much as possible which personal data the request pertains to. In response to your request, we will inform you by email about the further procedure.
In-Door will generally respond to a request for access or correction within four weeks. In the case of a request for deletion, In-Door will delete the relevant personal data as soon as possible unless and to the extent that the law requires the relevant personal data to be retained or there are (other) urgent reasons that prevent deletion. In-Door will send you a confirmation message after executing a deletion request. If In-Door has not deleted the relevant personal data (completely), In-Door will send you a message explaining why the request could not be (fully) fulfilled.
If In-Door cannot (fully) determine to which personal data a request for access, correction, or deletion pertains, In-Door may ask the visitor to (further) specify the request. In-Door will suspend the execution of the request until the visitor has provided In-Door with the (further) specification.
