In-Door guarantees its products for normal use only.

Not covered by warranty:

Damage caused by sharp objects such as keys, rings, screwdrivers.
Assembly costs due to replacement of the product.
Defects due to incorrect maintenance.
Door handles and rosettes used within a radius of 15 km from the sea are not covered by the warranty. This is due to corrosion caused by the salty sea air.
Damage as a result of use on exterior doors.
Possible consequential damages.

In case of complaints up to 3 years after purchase, the guarantee is honoured after assessment by In-Door. No guarantee is given for complaints from the 3rd year onwards.
