Warranty

In-Door guarantees its products for normal use only.

Not covered by warranty:

• Damage caused by sharp objects such as keys, rings, screwdrivers.​
• Assembly costs due to replacement of the product.​
• Defects due to incorrect maintenance.
• Door handles and rosettes used within a radius of 15 km from the sea are not covered by the warranty. This is due to corrosion caused by the salty sea air.​
• Damage as a result of use on exterior doors.​
• Possible consequential damages.

In case of complaints up to 3 years after purchase, the guarantee is honoured after assessment by In-Door. No guarantee is given for complaints from the 3rd year onwards.
